Judd Lynn

Judd was one of the driven forces behind Power Rangers. Lynn started out as a worker on Saban's production crews during the beginninf of the show. When longtime story editor Doug Sloan left the show (midway through Turbo) Lynn became  the new story editor. Lynn cleaned up the writng of the show and gave Power Rangers a maturity no one thought Power Rangers could have. Lynn also worked with fellow story editor Jackie Marichand Along with Showerunner Jonathon Trazchar Lynn took Power Rangers to a whole new level writing wise. Lynn was still able to keep the charm of the show, even  with the new serieous subject matter. Lynn wrote countless  episodes during his tenure, under the name Chip ( Story Editors couldn't be credited under the same name too many times). Lynn is responsible for some of PR's best epsiodes (from Turbo Season 2 - Time Force). After Time Force Lynn decided to move on and left the franchise. His contrubitons to PR can not be overlooked.
